Before logging in, Please Note:-
It is recommended that you set your default browser to Google Chrome for the best results.
Logging In To IPECS One
To log in to IPECS One, open a chrome browser, and enter the URL for IPECS One
https://app.ericssonlg-enterprise.com/signin
You will be taken to a LOGIN SCREEN.
Before you can log in, you need to click the COG in the top right corner and verify your specific IPECS One URL is entered into the box.
You can log in with your own username credentials and password.
Alternatively, Click the link we will have provided you.
If you do not have this, you can request we re-send this by sending in a ticket to contact@customersupport.org.uk,
Once you click the link in your email, you can log in WIHOUT any extra configuration.
Once you have logged in, you can open IPECS One as an APP instead of a WEBSITE.
In the TOP RIGHT CORNER of the screen, there is an icon to open the website with an APP.
Click the button pictured below:-
A new popup will appear:-
Click OPEN which will open IPECS One as an APP in FULL SCREEN mode.
Lastly, right click the IPECS One icon at the bottom of your taskbar, and click Pin To Taskbar – this can be clicked every time you turn on your computer for quick, easy access to IPECS One!
