IPECS ONE for Desktop – Profile Options


The settings in your profile can be adjusted to suit your own personal requirements.
PRESENCE lets people see if you’re available,
NOTIFICATIONS of missed calls,
CALL FORWARD for if you need to divert calls,
ANONYMOUS CALL REJECT which only allows people who SHOW their number to be able to contact you.
 SETTINGS let’s you personalise your profile even further!

Profile Changes


When you first enter IPECS One, you will be presented with the home screen.



To make some changes to your profile, click the profile button in the top right-hand corner.



Here you have the option to edit your profile.



You can upload a picture to your profile by clicking the circle.



You can use this menu to change or remove a picture.

If you remove your profile picture, you will be displayed as your initials.

You can set a STATUS MESSAGE, e.g. At Lunch, and you can add your job title.


Presence Settings


The profile section also allows you change your PRESENCE SETTING.



You can display if you are:-

 • online and able to communicate

• if you are busy

• need not to be disturbed

Setting yourself to Do Not Disturb means that no calls will be received.


PROFILE - NOTIFICATIONS

You can choose if you would like to receive notifications, which will let you know if you have missed a call. If you don’t want to be notified, click the blue switch to turn the option OFF.

You can choose to set a CALL FORWARD by clicking the GREY switch and turning it ON.

If you turn this option on, you will now need to click on the COG and tell the forwarding option what you would like it to do.

 This Is the exact same procedure as CALL FORWARDING on the home screen.


The profile settings also allow you to see any files you have shared over chat,
and from here, you can also Log Out



You can change the settings for this profile by clicking SETTINGS.



From the main settings page, you are provided with a variety of options, such as device management, which displays all the IPECS One devices which are using your credentials.



NOTIFICATION is where you would set what your PC does when there is a NEW notification or call.

In this section, you can:-

1. PREVIEW TEXT, when turned on, allows a small preview of a chat message to appear.

2. RINGTONES is a way of changing what the ringtone sounds like

3. SPEAKER SELECTION lets you choose WHERE the notification sound is played.

 

 

LANGUAGE is where you would set your required language.

DEVICE MANAGEMENT shows the DEVICES and METHODS used to use IPECS One.

AUDIO is where you select your MICROPHONE SPEAKER and CODEC settings.

VIDEO is where you can select which CAMERA is used, the CODEC and RESOLUTION of the image.

CRM is where you ALLOW an integration between IPECS One and your CRM Software.
 From here you can choose CRM Popup and MINIMUM NUMBER LENGTH when searching.

END USER LICENSE is the legal information relating to the terms of use for the software.

PRIVACY contains the PRIVACY POLICY that governs how the app uses data.

ABOUT is where you would find your SOFTWARE VERSION.
