IPECS One Desktop: Home screen Overview
The HOME SCREEN is the first thing you see when you open IPECS One.
It is your way of CONTROLLING your PC and using it just like a Telephone System.
The options down the left of the screen allow us to choose Contacts, Calls or Chat Menu.
From the home screen, you can see what your extension number is.
You can also see if you have had any missed calls today or have any new voicemail messages.
There is also a basic overview of all recent call and chat activity, which can be used to quickly respond to somebody you have either missed a call from or already called.
