Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding is an automated feature which will DIVERT an incoming call to another phone number of your choice. This can be handy if you need to pop out and don’t want to miss calls.


From the Home Screen, you can set up a call forward.

To ACTIVATE this, click the switch to turn it BLUE, then click the Call Forward COG icon.



Now choose which destination you wish to forward your calls to.


Eg,  you can choose:-


• a person’s name,

• a persons number.


By clicking FORWARD TYPE, you can choose the conditions on which to forward calls,  depending on what you need.



  • UNCONDITIONAL will forward the call, no matter what the condition is.
  • BUSY will forward the call only when the call is BUSY.
  • NO ANSWER will forward the call only if there is NO ANSWER
      – you could set a mobile number here.
  • BUSY/NO ANSWER combines both above options if they do not need to be individually used.

Please Note: Don’t forget to click APPLY or the divert will not be active!
