You can use the CHAT feature as a way of sending internal messages within your company.
Chats can be done on a One to One basis or as part of a group, known as a “Group Chat”.
The chat window can be found on the menu at the left of the screen.
In the chat section, you can see your recent chat history.
This allows you to select your recent conversations with your colleagues or groups quickly when you need to.
If you want to create a new chat, you can do so by clicking the Create New Chat button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
From here you can select the contact or group of contacts you would like to host a group chat with.
Once you’ve added all of the members or groups, click OK.
Now, begin your group chat with the members you have chosen.
Once the chat has started, you can send text, emojis or attached files through the chat window.
Start a Call from A Chat Window
If you are already in a chat, but decide you’d like to convert the chat to a VIDEO CALL instead,
you can start a call quickly and easily.
To start a call with your group directly from a chat window, Press the Green TELEPHONE icon.
Once the call is accepted, the call timer will start, and you will be able to see the colleagues you are on the call with
You can access the chat window from within the call by clicking on the Blue speech bubble in the top right hand corner.
When in a call, you can mute yourself by clicking the microphone icon at the bottom of the screen.
You can click the circle icon to record the call, and you can click the red telephone icon to end the call.
As with any other call, when you are ready to end the call, click the RED phone icon.
