On this screen, you can see there are two sections.


• My Contacts

• Organization

To view you full contacts list, press the Contacts button at the bottom of the screen.

Under the My Contacts tab, you will be able to see your favourite contacts as well as any groups you

have created.

You can use the search bar to search for

• individual contacts,

• extensions

• Contacts within departments

You can also see the status of each of your colleagues.


If they have a green dot showing that they are available •

If they are busy will have a red dot •

If they are set to do not disturb they will have a Æ symbol.


On this screen you can also add your own personal contacts.


To do this,

• Click the three dots icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen

• Click Add Personal Contact



Now add in the credentials of your new contact.



Don’t forget to press SAVE at the bottom of the screen!


The new contact will be added to the Not Assigned group.



The Organization section lists all the colleagues that are within your organization.



You can search for a colleague by typing their name or typing their department name into the search bar at the top.


If you make a call to somebody whose status is set to busy, you will get a notification across the bottom of the screen, and the call will be ended automatically.
