IPECS IOS – Chat Functionality
You can access the chat functionality by clicking the chat button in the bottom right of the screen.
Here you can see your recent chat history.
You can also filter the history to:-
• Show ALL messages
• Show unread messages
• Show Only messages from your favourites.
You can also leave all of your chats by clicking the three dots icon on the top right hand corner of your screen and clicking LEAVE ALL CHATS. This will clear your chat history.
You can create a new chat by clicking the blue + button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Next, select the contact you wish to chat with.
After you have added all the contacts you wish to chat with, click OK.
Once the chat has started you will see all the contacts listed at the top.
You can send text, emoticons or send attachments.
To send an attachment, click the blue paperclip button.
