To make a change to your profile on IPECS One, click the MENU button in the top left corner.



Here you can make changes to your profile.


If you tap on the My Information option, You can see:-

• Your phone number,

• Your extension number

• Your email address.


You can also change your display name and the department you work in.


To make a change to your profile, click the EDIT pencil in the top right-hand corner.



Here you can set a status message, enter your job title.

Click SAVE to complete the process.


You can also add a new profile image.


Click on the round holder for the photo, and a menu will pop up.


You can choose to:-


• Take a new picture,


• Upload one from your phone’s library

• Remove the picture.

If you remove your profile picture, you will see your initials instead.

To go back to your profile screen, tap the back arrow in the top left-hand corner.


Press the ˅ button to display more options within your profile.



Here you can change your status.



Here you can let your colleagues know if you’re online and available to take calls, dealing with another task, or set to Do Not Disturb which means you won’t receive any internal or external calls.


This menu also allows you to manage notifications and call forwarding.


To set up a Call Forward, click Call Forward.



Now enter the name or number of the colleague you want the call to be forwarded to.


Call forwarding settings are also included on this screen.



You can decide if you want all calls to be forwarded: -

• Unconditional – no matter what 

• Only when you’re busy, 

• If there is NO ANSWER after a certain amount of time If they were busy OR there was no answer

This menu also gives you the option of rejecting anonymous calls from unknown numbers automatically.


The last section to look at is the Settings Menu.

This contains all the settings for your application.


Press the SETTINGS Button.

Under the Device Management option, you can see what devices have accessed the IPECS One.

The most common menu items are Notifications and Network Settings.

Note: If you are ever asked by a technician to verify your settings, this is where you would look.
