Your new connection comes with a router, unless you have chosen to keep your existing hardware, such as a managed router.

The router is pre-configured for your connection and will not work on any other line.

Your router will be sent to your designated delivery address before your connection goes live.

If you have not received your router 2 days before your connection is due to go live, please let us know as soon as possible.

1. Transferring a line from another supplier

If you are moving your existing line to us from another supplier, your transfer can happen at any point between 8am and 6pm.

You will notice your old connection stop working, and you will lose internet connection.

You should now connect the new router as described below, which will restore your access to the internet connection.

2. Installation of a NEW connection

You will have been given an installation and Activation Date, along with an appointment time, which will be AM (8am - 1pm) or PM (1pm - 6pm)

Connecting Your New Router.

Once your new cable has been installed, you can connect your router in preparation for your line becoming active.

Everything you need to get connected is included in the router box, and it is recommended that you replace ALL cables.

You MAY have a new version of the socket, as pictured below. Only the single socket version requires a Microfilter, the others have one built in.

Connect the DSL cable to the BT Socket, and the DC Power supply to an AC socket.

If your LED's look like the ones below, you may not have connected the cables correctly, or the line may not be active yet.

Please either check your cables or confirm your activation date.

If the LED's look like the ones below, you should be able to access the internet successfully!

Now, connect a device to the router, either vi Wi fi or with a cable.

If you experience issues, please raise a customer support ticket for assistance.
