To begin, you need to Download the IPECS One app from the Play Store.
When you first run the app, it should ask you to TURN OFF battery optimisation.
To do this:-
From the Home screen, swipe up or down to access apps screen then navigate: Settings > Apps.
Tap the Menu icon. (upper-right) then tap Special access.
Tap Optimize battery usage.
Tap the Dropdown menu. (at the top) then tap All.
If preferred, tap the app switch(es) to turn on or off .
Find IPECS One and turn it OFF.
You will need to CLOSE the app and re-open it to continue.
Once you re-open it, you will be prompted to allow permissions for services such as the microphone, contacts, mobile data - allow any permissions and the app will complete installation.
