Once installed, before you can log on, you need to click the COG in the top right-hand corner and make sure you type the supplied IPECS One URL into the required box. (skip this if you have a QR Code to log in)
Log in using the credentials you were supplied or using the QR code that would have been sent to you in your welcome email.
Once logged in, you will arrive at the home screen, as below.
