From this menu pictured above, you can see your name, extension number and a range of options.

Tap on the arrow under your extension number and click on My Information.

This takes you to a screen containing all the information for you as a user from your name, your extension and work numbers, to other information about your role.

Using the pencil icon in the top right-hand corner, you can edit the information on this page.

The first piece of information you can change is your profile picture.

To do this click on the round icon that looks like a person's outline

When the window pops up, you will have the option to
• Take a new picture
• Choose a picture from your phone’s gallery
• Remove a picture.

You can also change your status message and your job title.

Pressing the back arrow ONCE will take you back to the user information screen.

Pressing it again will bring you back to the home screen.

Expanding the menu from the top left again will present you with some more options.

Use the arrow underneath your extension number to access your status settings.

From there, you can set whether you want to be seen to your colleagues as online, busy, or not to be disturbed.

Here, you can also toggle whether you want to receive notifications through your app.

This menu is used to set up a call forward.

Currently, an extension number is set as the forwarding recipient.

To change this, click the COG icon.

There are two options here for users to choose from:-

1. You can type a number in a phone number for calls to be forwarded to

2. You can search for a colleague through the cloud search tool, and select their contact.

Once you have done either option, you need to click APPLY.

There are also options in terms of how calls are forwarded.

You can either:-

1. UNCONDITIONALLY forward calls, which then routes all calls to the forwarding recipient,

2. Forward calls only if the user status is set to BUSY.

This screen also allows you to set whether Anonymous calls are automatically rejected.

More detailed options can be found in the SETTINGS section, but as a user you will rarely need to adjust any of the options

here, but if you are asked to verify any settings by a technician, this is where you would need to look.

The most commonly used options in this menu are Notifications and Network Settings.

These settings will allow you to decide whether you want your phone to respond audibly, or vibrate when you receive a

notification, and also whether IPECS One is allowed to operate over cellular data.

Please note, It is worth remembering that you could incur charges if your data is left turned on!
