Starting on the home screen, in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen is the chat icon.

This will list any of the historical chats that you have been part of. You can go back to these chats at any time and send new messages

Tapping on the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner will give you the option to leave all of the chats you are part of.

Tapping on any of the chats you are part of will allow you to continue with a conversation.

Tapping the blue + button will create a new chat.

From here, you can search for contacts within specific organisations.

Once you tap the name of the person you wish to chat too, you can send messages, emojis and file attachments.

To add an attachment, click on the paperclip icon to the left-hand side of the screen.

From here, you can add pictures from your photo library, or take a new one.

From within a chat, you may sometimes need to add another participant to the conversation, e.g. if something needs to be confirmed.

To do this, click the three vertical dots icon, then use the search feature to find a new participant.

The new participant will appear in the top section with everybody else.

This is a quick and easy way to escalate chats to multiple parties if you require faster collaboration, eg a group chat to make a decision, discuss or confirm a detail with a department in your organisation.
