In this section, you can change the behaviour of your system when it is on hold (music on hold) and the timings of the in call features such as hold, transfer, call park, paging and pre-set no answer forward time.


You can choose a site name from the top of the list, or use the 'Save to All Sites' button to send your files to every site.



If you wish to change the files for music on hold, it is usually for the EXTERNAL calls that this setting would be changed.


The file format of your audio file needs to be  (Wave File, 8kHz, 16bit, Mono, PCM) and have no wildcards allowed in name, (eg &,*.)

In this example, the settings are:-


System Hold Recall Timer *    30 sec ( 1 ~ 3600 ) - This is the time limit set when putting somebody on hold and recalling the caller to the handset.

Transfer Recall Timer *    45 sec ( 1 ~ 600 ) - This is the time limit when transferring a call and recalling the caller to the handset. 

Call Park Recall Timer *    30 sec ( 1 ~ 3600 ) - This is the time limit set when parking a call and recalling the caller to the handset. 

Camp On Transfer Recall Timer *  30 sec ( 1 ~ 3600 ) - This is the time limit set when camping on an extension and recalling the caller to the handset. 

Paging Timeout Timer *    min ( 0 ~ 300 ) - This is the time limit set when Paging users.

Preset No Answer Forward Time * 20  sec ( 3 ~ 3600 ) - This is the default time set for forwarding if no other rules are set
