Here you can create a directory of all useful numbers within your organisation.
As there is already an internal directory, this one should be used for shared contacts, eg suppliers, contactors, customers etc.
To begin, you can download an empty excel file which you can add contacts into. To do this, click LIST DOWNLOAD.
You can add numbers manually by clicking ADD, entering the desired details and clicking SAVE.
Open the excel file and add the details you wish to for your contact.
Once added, save the file, click UPLOAD and then browse to the file you just saved.
Now click UPLOAD and the file will be uploaded to the cloud and imported.
Please note, use an empty file when ADDING numbers, otherwise you will end up with duplicates!
