There may be occasions where USER may need changes to be made.
To do this, click USER and then USER SETUP.
To begin, click on a user's extension. A new window pops up.
Here you can change several settings for the Extension, including: Extension Number, Name, Site, Portal ID, Password, Email Address, Package, User Type, Direct Dial Call Number, Call Barring profile, Outgoing Caller ID, Call Fraud Option and Call Fraud Limit.
For a user with a SOFT PHONE, this is where you can re-send their log in details for quick login. To do this, click the MODIFY button, then click RESEND ACCESS LINK.
A popup appears listing the destination it will be sent to:-
click OK and it will be sent.
