The Call Record Report is useful if you need to track a particular call and listen to a recording of it.
You can specify extension name, extension number, the number called.
You can also specify a date, time and duration.
Once you have found the recording you require, you can PLAY or DOWNLOAD the recording by clicking the relevant button.
