The STATUS VIEW page can be a handy tool to diagnose an issue.
If a user is experiencing issues, you can see if their handset is online on this page, and even reboot it remotely.
An online handset would say REGISTERED, an offline handset would say UNREGISTERED.
It is also handy to see if a soft phone user is currently logged in.
