The Call Detail History page allows you to see the calls on your system in greater detail.
You can type the extension, telephone number called, the call type (extension or trunk) and select which direction (inbound or outbound). Once you have typed in the information you know, click SEARCH.
The list that is populated will show the start time, end time, extension number, extension name, tel number (dialled), call type, direction, result and duration.
All of the results can be downloaded as a list for reporting purposes.
