Hunt groups are a great way to send incoming calls to multiple members of staff simultaneously or distribute calls from one or more phone numbers to several extensions within a group.

First, make sure you're logged into your account dashboard. 

  1. Go to Voice, then open the Users dropdown
  2. Select the Hunt Groups tab.
  3. Select the Users you wish to add, assign a Nickname and Group Extension
  4. Make sure to hit Save Changes.
