How do I configure a mailbox on CallSwitch One?

To configure a mailbox on the CallSwitch One Administrative dashboard go to the Config section then select Mailboxes, Click Add Mailbox


Give the Mailbox a Nickname 

A Mailbox Extension number will automatically be created - this is so you can dial the mailbox internally to retrieve voicemail messages

Then select the type of greeting you would like from the drop down, this greeting can be a system generated greeting or you can create your own greeting. 

You can also add a 4 digit pin to add a level of security. 


Add an email address if you would like to receive voicemail notification via email.
