To set custom short codes on CallSwitch One, you can perform custom commands by setting short codes in the Config section on the CallSwitch One Administrative Dashboard.
Select Config then Short Codes
Click the Add Short Code Button
The system will fetch the lowest short code available automatically, you can then click on the drop down to see the list of the commands.
Short Codes can start from *10 to *99
Choose your short code then select a command from the drop down list.
If you are setting Parking Slots you would need to add the slot numbers also.
Click Save Changes once you have set the command
