What is Call Feedback?
Call feedback allows you to automatically take post-call notes within the CallSwitch One Application.
To utilize this feature, you need to enable call feedback for users. Navigate to the individual user settings, select the advanced tab, and then enable Call Feedback. When enabled, the toggle will turn red.
You can also enable this for all users by selecting them all, which will make a bulk edit button appear. Clicking the bulk edit button allows you to adjust advanced settings, including enabling the call feedback feature.

Once this feature is enabled, a pop-up will appear at the end of each call on the CallSwitch One Desktop Application. This pop-up allows the user to select a tag from the dropdown list, take notes about the call, and choose an emoji to represent the caller's general mood.
This data will be visible on the customer administration dashboard under Calls, Call Feedback
The Feedback Tags can also be created in this section of the dashboard
(Calls, Call Feedback)
Type the Tag you would like to add in the ADD TAG section then Click Add Tag
Once added you will see the tags listed, they can deleted anytime by selecting the delete button on the tag.
