To add a Message Route on CallSwitch One, go to the Voice tab, select Inbound Settings, and then choose Routing.

Next, click on Add Message Route

Give the Route a Nickname and Choose a Phonebook 

Assign a mobile number to the Message Route (this has to be a number purchased from CallSwitch One)

Choose one of the four available routing modules by dragging a module from the left side of the screen to the right side, under Incoming Message Received.

Send Message to Chat: The SMS message can be directed to any user/s chat in the CallSwitch One Application. 

Select the user/s you want to send the message to from the dropdown menu.

Messages can go through to a user or a group users email address. Type the email address then click the plus sign.

You can forward messages to a URL 

Alternatively, use the Text to Speech module and assign a number to the message route. When a message is received, the assigned number will be called, and the message will be read out using the Text to Speech feature. You can press 1 to repeat the message

Then click Add Route
