To Add BLF keys to an invididual
Go to the Provisioning tab to add BLF and Speed Dial keys for the User.
Key 1 must be a Line Key for the user, as it is essential for making and receiving calls.
To add additional keys, start with Key 2 and choose the desired key type, either BLF or Speed Dial, from the dropdown list.
To add a BLF key, select "BLF" from the dropdown menu, then enter the key's label, which can be the name of the user or command. The value should be the extension number or short code of the command set by administrators (e.g., *11 for Call Park).
Once the keys are set click the Save button at the bottom of the screen
Then Click the Save Changes button at the top to save the changes you’ve made for the User
Once saved the keys will automatically appear on the Users deskphone.
You can edit or delete keys by going into the Provisioning section of a User, by clicking the Delete button.
Users can add Speed Dials to keys by selecting Speed Dial from the drop down
Then add the name of the external number in the Label section and the external number including the area code if the number is a landline number
